Dont' skip the gym today(Unless it's rest day).
Yes I'm looking at you. You know who you are.
Damn I’m probably the heaviest I’ve ever been rn. Most of what kept my weight down was running, but I can’t do much of that anymore.
Sucks cus I clearly have the muscle and frame underneath, just a matter of slimming down.

okay i really want to start working out, i just dont know how to start. what do i workout first?
ill be real imo the first place id start is finding an irl workout buddy who can show you how to do basic lifts the right way because it can kinda be hard to immerse yourself into it without having a guide with you
if that isnt an option, probably start with pushups, pullups, situps, and squats at home and build your confidence from there
missed my old gym man :(
hate the clean ass chains. i need some grit and grime in my house of iron
ngl i feel the same. hearing the stuff people complain about at my new gym which attracts that crowd makes me lol

before you start anything we need to know what your goal is. this needs to be clearly defined otherwise you might waste time doing the wrong thing.
are you trying to lose weight or gain weight?
are you an aesthetics bruh or do you want to be a strength dude?
are you trying to build mass at all costs or do you want to be more functional/hybrid?
you need to be honest with yourself here

tuneupfitness.com/shop/massage-balls/therapy-ball-plus
Gotta recommend this above (or at least in conjunction with) foam rollers and massage guns tbh. The balls are a little softer than lacrosse balls but still very solid. And using them in the bag they are just insane, I've never felt such relief in my legs, glutes, and back from a foam roller/single ball like I have with these. I still prefer a lacrosse ball against the wall for chest work but man I don't know what it is about them in the bag but they are elite for the areas I mentioned. Seriously just erased some knee pain in 10min of work.
how do I let the chips go
update: i let the chips and popeyes go and i lost 10 pounds since this tuff
