mate i genuinely only get sick around the time i'm maxxing out. the bro in me says that huge amount of effort drops your immune system. what's the science behind this.
someone told me when you 1st start working out you will get sick lol i think its because your body is not use to it the exercise but i also get it when i kinda max out or try and lift more weight my bod gets really tired and not even 8 hrs of sleep helps but also for me i workout lift heavy then i gotta go to work after words outside in the cold tired af and that is why i drink coffee after words and i dont take it before working out or pre workout

Fellas what do you do if you’re growing too quickly in certain areas? My arms are getting insane to the point where aesthetically they’re disproportional and it does not look good imo. Do you reduce volume? Do you not train it for a while? Thoughts welcomed

i did that when i was 18 with my biceps bc i didnt know how to work out
i literally just took biceps out of my workout until the rest caught up but im sure theres better ways; that worked fine for me though
missed my old gym man :(
