took time off last week and tried to go where i left off and i could not even lift as much as i wanted plus i was gassed early i think its because i am fighting this lingering cold still i hate winter cold szns wish it was summer 24/7 where i live

I run sheiko which revolves around squat/bench/deadlift
So today I did 7 sets of 3 deadlifts
6 sets on bench
Then back to 6 sets of deads
Then accessory stuff. Almost every day is double on one of the major lifts. It’s brutal but great for strength

Tuff but great workout, I've been doing keto again and find that lower reps suit me better

If you’re on a cut lower reps is always the way to go
But also I just recommend lower reps on dead lifts in general. Squats too but not as much.
The more reps you’re into a set the likelier you are to lose form and hurt yourself
