    where are you from? it seems like 24/7 gyms not a big thing in the US?

    close to unacceptable not having that here in AU - unless a niche/hardcore setup - even FItness First buckled and have it at their most popular locations

    Gyms slowly stopped doing the 24/7 thing post Covid hoping people wouldn’t notice yet we still paying the same fees

    I started using that Levels app to log my workouts, so far so good. Also use Cronometer to log meals

    what number did you do it on ? before in the summer i was doing it on speed 12 for like 25 mins rest then fin the other 6 until 30 mins now that its winter i dont wanna PUSH TO MUCH BECAUSE I DONT WANNA GET SICK AND GET SO TIRED from pushing to much

    also i do this on a heavy back day

    just did speed 6. i'm just getting back into fitness, so i'm slow lol

    did a crazy back workout and level 12 for 20 mins on stair master cold show time now and then eating veggies with thermic ginger chicken

    i hope you guys eat a lot of thermic ginger curcumin too it helps with flem in the body
