    best way to warm up elbows? have really bad tennis elbow from bartending been using the TheraBand at home

    I just do low weight rope pushdowns wondering if theres anything else

    Don’t know if it’s a palcebo but I’ve been sleeping consistently well the last 2-3 weeks and I feel I’m progressing much better. Measurements and the training log seem to back this up. 😤😤😤😤

    Had this as well and my physio would have me use a resistance band to do reverse curls and other variatons that targeted the forearms. She also gave me a strap you can tighten on your arm just below the elbow to help. Kind of similar to a lifting belt lmao

    They were similar to those in this video

    Started last year 263, ended the year at 238 (I’m 6’4”). Slow weight loss, but over the past year I’ve run the most I ever have, consistently lifted more and more, and gone down a pant size. Excited this year to stick to a consistent full body lifting schedule, and to keep running further and further - faster and faster. About to shoot for my first non-stop 6 mile run, not a lot for most people but I’ve trained for this for like several months lol.

    SICK progress!! Only made it 3 miles today because I’m still getting over an upper res sickness and my lungs are s*** rn. Might do a full body lift to make up for the 3 miles I missed later and have a nice rest day tomo
