    Thank you man, it still hurts tho cause i need the gym for my mental health too😭😭
    Need to prioritize my back though, not risking another injury setting me back months. Gonna spend the whole week stretching and s***

    I get it bro , i get antsy when I aint gym in a few days 😭😭

    Use this time to catch up and maybe take up a game or hobby, the gym will be ready for you once your back is healed, s*** even look up routines/ meal plans too

    A week break >>>> a year plus break if u mess ur back up frfr

    If you’re a beginner lifter then you may be building muscle and that’s why you haven’t lost weight.

    Also make sure you weigh yourself at the same time every day. In the morning after you s*** is a good time.

    I purposely do Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday splits, previously Tuesday/Thursday/Sat/Sun but lowered a day due to my running schedule, because Monday is national bench press day.

    That explains it

    Your body remembers and your muscles will quickly recover their old size before you stopped lifting. So it might be a while before you lose “weight” but you’re likely still burning fat

    Know your 1rm for compound lifts and align with your goals

    ya i always try and hit the 25 rep mark like i would do 3 sets of 7 and then if i could do 4 more reps to get to 25
