so yes i do this for example if i am doing bench press i start with 45 lbs each side do about 10 reps then add 35 pounds more each side i do about 3x7 which = to 21 reps then on the 4th i do 4 more so i get to that 25 rep max point

i am just trying to maintain i cant cut that much because being diabetic T1 it would mean adjusting my insulin like crazy because of the carb to insulin ratio
strengthen training yeah i can do but there is only so much i can lift imo how i look at it now if i can tone a bit more i am good i am currently at 178 lbs

Sounds like you need a body recomposition
Anyone have tips for how to gain weight/eat more if I naturally have a fast metabolism and never really have an appetite
