for example a chipotle tortilla 300 cals

but at the end of the day you gotta eat big to get big and lift big

this can and will make you feel like s***. there needs to be a balance. stuffing yourself with food can be a dangerous game to play
instead, try ratcheting up the protein and take on board some of the shake tips.
you can look good and make progress this way, will just be more on the left of the lean-big scale. but it is worth it for not turning into a jelly doughnut

Yea I would rather stay skinny than force myself to eat
And yea I don’t really expect or even want to get that big just get in better shape and stay healthy
