i really think a lot/most of what some of you guys are saying is just an age thing and connecting less with recent music

I meant from new artists though, and arguably no older artist has dropped their best album after 2016

not saying it just depends on age or even that you guys are older than me. but its the natural "death of new music discovery" type thing that happens with a lot of people

taking a break from music has it's benefits, i got completely burnt out on music last year and took a long ass break
