i am loving Tom Taylor so much rn man. Just caught up on Nightwing this man is a blessing to D*** Grayson. So much heart in this series now

Started Jon's Superman too enjoyed the first issue. Have not read Superman in a long time

Tom Taylor is great, man. I can’t recall a series or run of his that I haven’t loved. But ngl this Jon news is just so weird and forced.

I’ve been reading the Son of Kal-El run and NOTHING in the run so far has even hinted at this romance between Jon and the other kid. I for one thought they were like gonna be really close pals like Supes and Jimmy Olsen. I’m all for representation and all that, but this just feels forced and cheap.

bendis should be sentenced to life without parole for artificially aging up jon and consequently f***ing up his entire character + his friendship with damian

i wouldn't mind if jon eventually grew up to be bi, but i want him to ACTUALLY GROW UP, not just magically get a new and grown design because he was tortured in a volcano for 7 years off screen

I feel this. really hurt me he did that and i've barely read the character since as a result. Was not intending to either until i saw Taylor was writing this book (and learned that he was Superman now). Don't really mind the move (haven't caught up yet tho) as long as they commit. Enjoyed him speaking with Damien in issue 1 of the new run

We used to get Jon in Superman, Action Comics and Supersons and it would be top tier each time. One of the best character creations in recent memory before the age up

Dude came in and wrecked everything in sight immediately. Fans had been looking forward to LoSH and Young Justice returning for yeaaars and now both of those books had quick runs, were canceled and prob not coming back anytime soon if ever.

Was so obvious that was a bad move for DC. Pretty sure they rejected Hickman from taking over LoSH in the process too smh
