    that's what you gotta do, try playing an instrument it will open the doors to creativity for u quicker than anything else

    I recommend guitar or piano but your voice is good enough providing you take the time to replicate it on the DAW/instrument

    or straight up record your voice, voice is also an instrument

    i’ll look into it. i’m sure i can get some sort of keyboard for cheap. good looks bro

    yes i learned a lot that way when i started.

    youll learn how detailed some of these beats are especially with sample based records and songs with breakbeats. lot of processing and layering involved

    that’s crazy. i’m gonna try to recreate some beats from Daytona. a lot of them seem pretty simple and it seems like a good start for me
