people mad about the prices are getting annoying. Its like 20 extra bucks when the games actually been getting cheaper over the years
I think ppl are just mad about the principle that a game could be anything other than 60 bucks rather than them not actually bein able to afford it
Nah. $70 is fine. $90 is f***ing stupid
Too excited, sucks almost all is see is outrage. Some valid points but it’s crazy how miserable some ppl are getting

japan gonna pay a s***ton of tariffs to export those switch 2 to the US, and will be worse shortage than when the PS5 came out
when did games first go to $60? seems like it was a long time ago, maybe 10 years?
i guess it was inevitable that prices would rise, although a rise to $70 seems like the more reasonable step (TOTK was the only game nintendo sold for $70 on switch, I think).
the NSO 2 for $100 deal on switch was really good. i scored TOTK for $50 using this deal. I imagine that will be dead now but maybe something similar will replace it (2 for $120 or sumthin)
Watching the Nintendo life Mario kart video, apparently the some of cups have the same tracks from other cups in them, just potentially different routes within the track

All I know is that games were around 60 even back when I was a kid. It wasn't until perhaps the previous or current console generation that they (Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo) started pushing 70, and now 80 and 90.

Unfortunately $15-20 is the new $7.25 minimum wage in America.

Yeah s*** is gettin tiresome
I get the rage, but with the economic and political situation in the world, the rampant inflation all over the globe, if anyone expected this and/or the games to be cheaper or at the same price as with Switch1, they were out of their minds
I’m preordering the MK bundle as soon as that preorder link goes live for my country i dont even f***ing care

No they don't, they're basing this on a speculatition from polygon made 2 months ago and Nintendo saying they redesigned the sticks. We'll have to wait more info or someone opening up the joycons for a definitive answer

They edited the article smh
The original quote was this
If you've played your Switch a lot, you've probably gone through more than one pair of Joy-Cons, and not just to buy more colors. The original Switch's a***og sticks were notorious for failing or "drifting." However, the Switch 2 has traded the original Joy-Con a***og sticks' potentiometers for Hall effect sensors, which should withstand significantly more use without problems, though we plan to test them long-term to determine their reliability.
