idc what anyone says about Nintendo not having a new MK for the Switch 1 era. Most people didn’t play it on Wii U so 8 Deluxe was a NEW GAME to the majority of people who bought the game and it was the best in the franchise yet

Though I wonder if World will be able to top it with 8 Deluxe being so robust with content

So guys, should I be preordering the Switch 2 games I want to make sure I get them or do you think I’ll be able to just walk in to a Best Buy / Target / Walmart on launch day and buy them easily?

I was gonna Preorder cyberpunk physically, but my Best Buy said it wasn’t available for pickup and had to be delivered

But they had other switch 2 games available for pickup, so not sure what happened with cyberpunk lol

I get outta work at 9pm and the launch is midnight. A Besy Buy is literally less then a mile from my work so I might swing by to see how the line is. If it’s not bad, I may just say f*** it and stand in like until midnight. Plus I want the Switch 2 midnight launch coin Best Buy is giving out lmao

Im very confident in it because the odyssey team is making it and Nintendo is pushing it as a big, important launch title. But yeah, i think they did the game no favors letting people preview this new concept for a platformer with a 20 minute demo. I think that skewed some people into thinking its only digging and punching when it'll obviously be so much more than that.
Dk and ds2 are the ones im hoping will be at the forefront of the goty race (although i'll have to wait for the PC version of ds2...)
