That's dum a 3090 shouldn't be maxed with only 2gb vram used I demand actions be taken.
how it works
that's why the 3090 is dumb for gaming when the 3080ti/3080 are just as good almost
only real reason to buy the 3090 is if you use machine learning or video effects or 3d or something like that
4090 is a different story cause everything else is so much slower but still you'd max out the GPU processing core far before the VRAM

Not gaming I was using it for visual things
going to build something sometime this year. is there any reason I should hold off or wait to a certain time in the year for new stuff to drop?
My budget is probably about 3.5k including monitors, keyboard, etc

I would say yeah wait until late 2023 or even early-mid 2024 so that the DDR5 stuff is more wide-spread, cheaper... And well there should be newer PC parts and some of the ones out now or coming soon should be cheaper by then... So wait if you can... If you can't though so do I think you'll be alright with what's out right now
Every time I build a PC, I get cuts on my finger
Doing a HTPC/Emulation build with Batocera Linux using spare parts I wanted to sell but never got to it
found out i needed to reinstall my standoffs
worrrrrst, how far in were you?
ps. I cut myself on every build too lmao,
BLOOD FOR THE BUILD GOD

This is my first time realizing standoffs were a thing to be accounted for tbh

oooof, yeah luckily my first ever build had them alredy installed on the right spot on the case, and they normally dont reallly matter as long as youre not scrating the back of the mobo
