ya i been watching videos about it and a lot of people really like it might get it
I mean not bad... But I would still make sure it's worth it tbh. But it's so far better than the other one you mentioned

yeah i’ve been using this one my mom got when she was working from home
it’s not like terrible but it’s also really not good
just helped my little bro build a pc this weekend. s*** was so fun and now i want to do it for myself but it’s hard for me to justify the cost considering i already have a pretty beefy gaming laptop (17inch, 144hz screen, 3070, r7 5800, 1tb ssd, ram is the only poor thing in it with cheaper/underperforming 2x 8gb sticks but it’s upgradable at least)
the problem is i would have to spend a lot to build a PC with better specs than my laptop
but damn it’s addicting

I graduated from one of Belgium's top business schools with really good grades.
Today, many people are scared to build their own PC in fear of damaging their components. They save up so much money to finally be able to build their rig, they don't want to encounter any setback.
The plan: You start a service where you build PC's for people. You'll be able to scratch your itch of building PC's and instead of it costing you money, it will GAIN you money.
im very interested in the progress of intel’s ARC series as it moves further along

Drivers were always going to be the big hurdle for first gen. This is great progress.
I'm expecting their second gen line to be price leaders, especially since AMD and Nvidia keep doing this ridiculous game of chicken for all of their product lines
They need to figure out how to get away from their reliance on ReBAR and SAM ASAP.
now i don’t know what to cop for my birthday the desk or a new chair
i badly need both

if they have a big improvement in the next couple gens, i might consider picking one up if they can really go head to head with nvidia/AMD

I've been planning to do a home theatre gaming PC at some point, so it would be a perfect GPU for that if they can get their foundation in place.
If they implement VR drivers and make it viable for that as well, even better.

Oh yea but I mean like mainstream triple AAA games as well.
I really want to get into VR, but unfortunately don't have the space in my bedroom, but my living room has plenty. So it needs to be a rig able to play a lot.
Not that I'm getting one anytime soon anyway. But I'm hoping in 2-3 years it'll be an Intel GPU machine capable of it.
but actually this one is kinda nicer
