Changing my case to a Corsair 5000d airflow
i have it, it's a great case
that side bracket shroud is a pain in the ass though but if you remove it cable management is ezpz. if you have drives you want to go into the bay you might have issues with space on the PSU too.
Changing my case to a Corsair 5000d airflow
Ok, so I finally got around to doing this. Took me about 5-6 hours, but thankfully there was a youtube vid of someone building in the same case. The first time I turned on the power, it booted but my monitor, mouse, and keyboard didn't turn on and I started to panic. Turns out my dumbass forgot to put the RAM back in, and it's working fine now Well, two of the fans aren't working, but f*** it. . . for tonight.
As a "first time builder", I can't say that I would want to try it again.

If you can change the whole DDR4 thing to DDR5 so is it 100 % a killer PC... But still looks very good though!!!
I would like a non-curved or 21:9 etc. version of it and then I might want it

Thinking about upgrading my Aorus b450 pro Wi-Fi to a ASUS ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Hero or ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PRO at some point. Anybody here have experience with any of these?

Word... I hope some 8K @ 144 Hz monitors do get revealed in late 2022 or early-mid 2023 as I think I'll wait for those and until the RTX 4090 is out to start this whole building a PC thing
@LuciferMorningstar I would say go with the ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PRO

Installed a new MoBo today and the monitor wouldn't turn back on. After troubleshooting the gpu, ram, and mobo for 2 hours or so, I decided to try a different displayport cable. Now everything works fine. I hate computers sometimes.
