    Iā€™ve been doing 4K or just above everyday the last week. Itā€™s a breeze 75% of the run, have to push a bit a quarter of it.

    Went another two miles today. Had to cut my run short cuz of an appointment I had. I plan on going back to 3 miles and up in the upcoming week

    Got a painful blister on my foot and itā€™s kept me from running. Itā€™s not big but in a sensitive spot. Almost like a stinging pain

    After I did that 19 miles my feet have been hurting like f*** especially my right ankle.

    I have an ankle thatā€™s kinda bum and I keep it to myself

    Trying to do as much as I can before I canā€™t in like 15-20 years

    Naw bro. I keep it to myself. If it starts to get bad I will. It only bothers me when I run like 15-16 miles plus

    i usually run 5 - 7 times a week. Most days I'm doing somewhere between 2 - 3.34 miles a day, and lifting weights and doing calisthenics after. I felt like I ate like garbage Sunday so I wanted to really push my self today and see if i could top 7 miles.

    Tomorrow I'm probably doing 2 and a half miles tho no cap lol

    S*** man rlly need to ease back into it one week off you really feel that. 1.9 miles in 19 minutes thereā€™s some elevation and s*** where I run but I canā€™t use that as an excuse
