Iāve been doing 4K or just above everyday the last week. Itās a breeze 75% of the run, have to push a bit a quarter of it.

Went another two miles today. Had to cut my run short cuz of an appointment I had. I plan on going back to 3 miles and up in the upcoming week

went for a 2 mile slow run today, slowly getting back into it after i got a nasty stress fracture
couldn't do a 10k today because I slept in and I had a family thing and chores, but I want to get a run in still, but it's raining like s***
Got a painful blister on my foot and itās kept me from running. Itās not big but in a sensitive spot. Almost like a stinging pain

Naw bro. I keep it to myself. If it starts to get bad I will. It only bothers me when I run like 15-16 miles plus

i usually run 5 - 7 times a week. Most days I'm doing somewhere between 2 - 3.34 miles a day, and lifting weights and doing calisthenics after. I felt like I ate like garbage Sunday so I wanted to really push my self today and see if i could top 7 miles.
Tomorrow I'm probably doing 2 and a half miles tho no cap lol
