Couch 2 5k
how do you guys avoid getting blisters? i get them on the backs of my heels. is it something your feet just get used to and build callouses or w.e?
i might need to try some different socks tbh
you need socks that have like extended backs or wear longer socks.

You see how the back of the sock runs up the back of the ankle farther?
another thing for anyone thats a beginner Ill recommend is
COMPRESSION SHORTS
Theyll save your life.
Also if you start having shin splints, ice them down after you're done running. Once your legs get over the pain is when you really start building up.
