I feel blessed to live in a city with copious amounts of gorgeous running and biking trails I can do straight 8 miles without looping on paved trails. Did a 7-mile in 51:10 the other day felt amazing
I ran competitively in high school and college and then stopped for years after college because I was so sick of it and burnt out. Now I'm getting back into it and I love doing it for no pressure. Greatest way to start the day ever
Gotta start running more. I’ve been going on these late night walks, as well as taking walks on my lunch break at work. feels good moving my feet especially considering how lethargic I feel at work

looking back i'm like why did I even do any of that. but it feels cool to be at the height of your potential for a bit. thankfully I was not super competitive so it was mostly just fun for me
Running is supposed to be fun, well for me atleast it's not really a hobby if you don't enjoy it.
I see it as a great way to stay in shape, socialise, and just enjoying the experience
