What’s the tips for foot injuries I know y’all encountered those
I actually didn't get injured ever. But I would try to identify what's making it hurt (stretching, pressure, pounding) and try to avoid that at all costs. Icing can be really helpful. If you have insurance or can afford it (I'm American lol) I would urge you to go to a doctor because you don't wanna mess with your feet.
If you're worried about stopping training due to foot pain swimming is a good substitute

You’re a lucky man. Yeah I’ve been icing and massaging and s***. Seeing a doctor don’t really do s*** man. Last time I went for a knee injury she basically eyeballed it and told me to stretch and if it’s not better see a PT lol. Unless I absolutely destroy something it’s pointless

lmfao healthcare man
if it persists and gets worse it might be worth seeing a specialist or a sports medicine person. I mean f*** it even going to your local running store and asking the workers might give you more insight. They're typically runners too and love to talk about that s*** without necessarily trying to sell you stuff
need new shoes I think
