    Ran 1.3 on the treadmill. Ended up coping brooks ghost 15 and tbh I’m starting up a little. Still not 100 but I’m getting there

    heel striking really dont matter. probably at a marginally higher risk of injuring something, but doesn't necessarily need to be changed if you're working on other aspects of form first

    id always recommend a midfoot strike but i dont think it's important enough to matter. i had a teammate in college running like 70-80 miles a week heel striking and he had like a 15:40 5k or somethin

    but by all means switch if you want to

    baby's first run in over 2 years. knee hurting a good bit by the end and my heartrate all high, p clear this is a movement practice i need, just gotta continue to ease into it real gentle like. might need some new shoes too since these nikes like 8 years old lmaoo
