Technically I don’t think it’s shelved, couple of years ago Lupe said that Black Vietnam was pushed aside to work on Waves. Might still put it out, don’t think it’ll be anytime soon tho

people misconstrue others words all the time. i remember hip hop sites saying that lupe and nas were in the studio making an album just off a single photo.
