My grandpa has a bee hive(?) So we harvest our own honey.
Im trying to go vegan but i dont think i can cut out honey its such an integral part of my life tbh.
In that case i think you’re straight. Honestly, and this is just me, but I’m not even opposed to eating meat in the right context. People raising animals to provide for their own family, caring for the animal well during its life and being thankful for and never wasteful with the sustenance the animal gave is reasonable to me. My problem is with the meat industry and the abhorrent practices they have, exploiting biology of animals for a perpetual genocide. So I eat vegan to avoid contributing to that. Looooong story short yeah I think you’re fine lol
Lol we actually just had this discussion like 2 pages ago. Short answer: kinda
Exploiting animals in any way is not vegan

Anything helps man. If u wanna eat plantbased but only keep eating honey thats fine. Youre still doing way more good than harm that way
Exploiting animals in any way is not vegan
Just said kinda cause considering honey non vegan opens the door to considering damn near every vegetable non vegan due to the whole pollination industry thing

I think that its a fair trade off.
We buy them additional food,we take care of the nearby forest so they can have their pollen.
We kill insects that try to kill them and steal their honey etc etc etc.

Don't use any oil in my hair but hopefully someone else can chime in.
I do just use coconut oil for moisturizer mostly tho.
