Have gone vegan from the 1st of the year and it’s actually hasn’t been bad. It’s definitely something I think I can do long term. I’ve noticed my stool being hard though, is that a lack of something or is it ok?

Sounds like u need a lil more fiber. More water helps too.

And yeah I remember when I first switched up how easy it was. Granted my partner was vegan plus a pretty mean cook so that definitely helped lmao
