I've seen that Garling theory a bit but haven't given it much thought. I'm not sure that work because these dudes seem like ancients - as in they were around for the void century - and unless there's something we don't know about Shanks' family regarding how old they are, Garling doesn't seem like that but this theory would be cool because it would reveal more about what it actually means to be considered one of the elders

Yeah I don't really think there's any way Devon could slip in to replace Saturn all things considered, was only speaking on that because someone else brought it up and thought it was an interesting road into thinking about what the BB pirates are plotting. Having his appearance definitely has plenty of use especially if we learn that Devon's fruit allows for the copying of abilities and memories which I'm starting to lean into more and more. And yeah I can't wait to see how Morgans frames this incident for the world

I do think that Devon touching Saturn will actually be important because of my suspicions of the full range of her fruit but if it doesn't allow for all of that...I actually really rock with your idea about her impersonating Luffy and destroying Fishman island. I never thought about that idea beyond the standard oh Fishman Island will be destroyed when Luffy/the straw hats bring down the Red Line but what you said is very interesting and would be a crazy backdrop to BB running off with Poseidon

Man I was just thinking about how the Giant Robot figures into all of this and had the thought that being activated by Luffy and seeing Nika might have it thinking it's time to get back to attacking Marijoa and Kizaru/the marines/the WG having to deal with it is what seals the SHs escape

I'm starting to think more and more that Saturn will die and I think the SHs will have a good showing against Kizaru but I don't think they're gonna just take him out at this point

I think Sanji is going to have a really good showing against Kizaru. People thought for years that Sanji and Kizaru were set to match up against each other because of their speed and fighting style but this is also a science/tech arc and Sanji's eyebrow flipped in this chapter. Stealth Black works by manipulating light and Sanji just busted up a laser to the great shock of Kizaru...

Can't take credit for the above but I hope it's more than just Sanji vs Kizaru. I know a lot of people are talking Zoro jumping in at some point but I really, really want to see some Franky Boxing with the light manipulation gloves

Hope it's not an issue for too many other OP VAs because the voice acting really brings the characters to life for me and is one of my favorite parts of seeing the manga adapted but 25+ years in with plenty of story left...
