i haven't made any progress these past couple days so i'm still on vol 6 when they introduced Sanji but today and tomorrow im off so you already know i'm gonna be locked in

Wasn’t a big fan. Honestly I’d place it on par with long ring as my least favorite arc.
+Brook joins the crew
+Perona v usopp was good and gave me a laugh.
+kuma fight was kino
+Zoro’s moment at the was my favorite moment in the series so far though. That’s about it tho.
Moria was so annoying, his laugh was driving me insane (half the reason I dislike the arc, no joke), and I think the arc should’ve been way shorter. Kinda felt like filler most of the time.

Strongly considering switching over to the Manga. I been anime only for the past 12 years but the pacing of the wano arc and gear 5 being spoiled is pushing me towards the edge. I can only imagine when the Manga finally finishes the amount of spoilers.

But idk there's something about seeing the secrets and Mysteries, fights, and important moments happening through animation

Another great a***ysis by the goat. Egghead probably my favorite post time skip rn.
His videos always make me appreciate odas genius a little bit more.

I started reading after I caught up (right before the raid) and still watch weekly

I love seeing how the material lives with animation, voice acting and music but if this is how you're feeling I'd say start reading and go back to watch any episodes of material you really want to see adapted and then once you're caught up you can read and watch weekly

I was reading back through the thread and saw that starting one piece at f***ing Wano is insanity. atp

One of the best part of one piece is the world building and feeling like ur taking the long journey with the characters. Might as well just watch a different anime/Manga
