Also, I think people get caught up in the moment and don’t realize the negative impact it has on local community resources and jobs.

    dont vandalize everything

vandalize the thing you're protesting against and the thing that supports it

violence is never the answer until it is

man s***s been the same for decades, we're tired of the slow process s*** needs to change

besides the people shouldnt be scared of the government, the government should be scared of its people. look at france

  • May 30, 2020

The thing I have a problem with are the (white) people vandalizing and burning s*** to make it look like the protesters did it

    Moody mann

Theyll make more in unemployment than working at those s***ty chains

Vandalizing s*** is uncalled for but not gonna lie those police stations deserved to get burned down.

  • May 30, 2020

all arrests will have to be bodycammed and made publicly available. this is ridiculous. and with the amount of money police are paid, there's no reason not to video document each arrest and publish

rioting/looting is stupid, but how else was Floyd going to get justice?

enough is enough with police killing people. the bar has to be set higher for officers to become cops. the days of letting sociopaths in are over.

Idk if this will get any love BUT

If you ever watched the new or read in history about how the French riot, it make the US riots look a kids play.

Revolutionary France was beheading people all day

The French burn buildings, flags, and cars. And this stuff happens for weeks too

Hong Kong right now has some of the most organized riots I’ve ever watched. They work together with riot equipment and blocking cameras. They help each other because they’re stronger all together

I think America just needs to be more organized. Like that showing up to the murders house was a big move

  • May 30, 2020

    A necessary evil.

It puts a lot of peaceful protesters at risk as now the police has excuses to use force on everyone, but at the the same time look how quickly the government put the case on priority now that corporate pockets are hurting. I'm always against looting local businesses though it just destroys regular people's livelihoods.

  • May 30, 2020

if the peaceful s*** not working what else is there to do to get attention and change

  • May 30, 2020

Hong Kong on another level dam, we just all over the place

How long has HK been rioting?

  • May 30, 2020

I'm on the MLK side of this.

I don't think riots have a lasting impact. It also is detrimental to the community.

    The looting is unexcusable.

I've always been team MLK and Gandhi

But this whole situation just proves that racism is still as much alive as it was 55 years ago, as it was when slavery ended, as it was when this country founded.

We someone who clearly murdered on camera and you STILL have people defending the cop. It took days for him to finally be charged and arrested.

What this shows to me is that the cops can get away with anything. How many situations like this happen where there aren't any cameras to expose them at the time? And if there are cameras you have people still defending the cop.

Add on top of that Ahmad Aubrey getting a modern day lynching I can't blame my niggas for saying enough is enough.

Quick to murder someone over a fake 20 dollar bill. But hesitant to arrest someone who commits murder on camera. CRAZY

I am now of the opinion that racism will never go away, It's been roughly 400 years and race still plays a major role in this country. It's not going to go way on it's own. People aren't going to become less racist over time. When laws in place the punish like when the Civil Rights act became law. Right now cops can get away with a lot and that needs to stop. We have a president that doesn't give a f*** right now same with congress so we have to wait until November.

I don't blame people for rioting/looting. This is what happens when you continue to ignore issues like they don't exists.
