    I think it’s the opposite

    I feel like atheists are more prone to nihilism which may or may not lead to depression / general pessimism etc.

    kinda weird how a lot of people don't question the religion under which they were raised

    I feel like millenials/gen Z are the first ones to really rebel against that on a philosophical level.

    I don't necessarily reject organized religion but i think it sets up weird confirmation biases

    not sure how you inferred that from what I said lol

    but to answer that I do go back and forth on whether or not I believe in a higher power, its kind of crazy how its one of the only philosophical things that you cannot create a sound and valid argument confirming or denying

    I just meant I think that before our generation people kind of just took what was spoonfed from them by the church as a larger organization

    now our generations are seeing more spread of different ideas which i think is healthy. always good to question yourself and think deeper
