in experimental as of right now

• hanzo buff, storm arrow recovery time decreased by .75 seconds (?)

• ashe nerf, ads damage reduced to 75, but recovery time is decreased by 0.5 seconds

• sigma nerf, shield redeploy cool-down increased by 1.5 seconds

• hammond nerf, shield reduced to 75

STILL NO ECHO NERF

ashe might be unchanged bc of that patch, so bit of a toss up

as a sig main im hurt. instapick sig everytime i play comp

still think they need to do something about echo being able to s*** on tanks
