    Okay Yeah

So how do you count calories for foods that don’t come in packages? Do you just google it and get a rough estimate? How do you know how much calories you burn a day? I got an Apple Watch I wear all day but idk it doesn’t seem very accurate (says I burn less than 500 calories usually)

Even most non-packaged stuff is on there in like a generic form. It won't be spot on but it's close enough. But for whatevers not on there ya just google it and add it yourself.
As far as a specific # of calories burned in a day I can't help you there I've never really paid any attention to that. The TDEE should have a section at the end that lets you choose activity level and it just adjusts it accordingly & then you don't really need to worry about it. If you're working out that's good enough. Even if you're not you'll still lose fat but working out just makes it a lot easier/faster

    Okay Yeah

    Does this actually work?

its the only thing you need to work on your abs, like others have said in this thread its mainly bf percetnage that contributes to getting visible abs

In the winter, I make one big thing of lentil stew every week that I can basically eat for lunch and dinner. Lots of protein and s*** in there. Super healthy stuff. This summer I’ve switched to a bean salad that is a pretty good substitute when the weather’s warm. When it comes to work out routine the main thing I’d suggest is consistency. In my experience, commitment to a daily routine really changes things. Also if you access some weight to add to your exercises it rly helps.

It’s okay bro. If it makes you feel any better females don’t care nearly as much about abs as you think they do. If you look strong and masculine they will still be just as attracted to you.

I’ll probably never have a six-pack and honestly I don’t care. Keeping your abs looking good takes an insane amount of work and time. I’m satisfied just looking like a gorilla.

I just want six pack to complete my physique

    Okay Yeah

How long have you had abs?
    What is your diet?
    What is your exercise regime?
What is one thing you learned along the way you wish you knew sooner?

    Thank you

Mostly all my life, more prominent whenever I workout regularly obv

    Vegan diet

    I workout everyday now

Don't really have an answer to this one, bc it was always motivation-based for me. Working out consistently just finally clicked and resonated with me.

I have a six pack now so I'm going to see if an 8pack is in my cards

    Okay Yeah

    How do you prepare it?

    for me
throw some oregano, adobo, red pepper flakes, and lemon pepper seasoning
    oven baked 30mins
    pan fry
depending on how thick the meat is (pause) you might need to pan fry for a while but i would tear open a piece and check for flakiness

    very flaky=done
not so flaky=cook a lil longer
    not flaky=keep cooking
    hope this helped
