not trying to not help, but you can legitimately look up "persona music" on youtube and you'll find songs you will like. the music in these games is THAT good

Real talk, if you love the music in Persona (especially 5) I HIGHLY recommend Madonna’s album Erotica.

Lot of the instrumentals on that album have big Persona vibes.

oh no, they def do. the main difference is it's just their own specific story + soundtrack. i think the differences are significant enough to pick up the other one assuming you like the games, since 3 & 5 in general are just completely different games in general (story, characters, music, etc.).
