P5R is the canonical story now so even I dont know how that ends for Akechi or Morgana. Theoretically anything I said could be wrong

I hated it in the OG dearly. It lightens up once Futaba joins, and I think it becomes a non issue once the bless/curse user joins, but these guys outside of ryuji just was not that dumb haha.. And he was comedically ignorant.

I love the new stuff Royal brings but the second half when you finally get the full cast and you get into the twists and turns, Im so impatient trying to get to that to see how the new characters interact

I didn't know how to access the Royal content on my first playthrough of P5R, but it's been about a year since I finished so I might start it again to see how the story ends

My biggest gripe with p5 is I don't hate the enemies enough. They started so strong with kamoshida and then tried to get me to care about a nigga stealing paintings.

Finally about to beat Royal. I switched to Royal about halfway through regular 5 years ago

finally beat my first persona game, p3 portable. its got its issues for sure but overall that game was crack

a lotta people seem to dislike how traversal was changed from 3d to a 2d visual novel style for portable but i actually saw that to be a positive - it makes going through the months doing the same s*** so much faster and i never really felt like i was missing too much in immersion

I just reached the fith palace so there are villians idk yet, but i feel you on this a lot

Literally they made the Kamoshida arc so well, there was a lot of screen time were you would see this nigga was trash and get hate for him, and you could encounter him in the school and the game would force you to talk to him and he would talk s***. For sure my favorite villian as of now.

But then the second and third villian felt a little meh, like yeah they are really bad people but they dont have almost no screen time so the impact doesnt feel the same. And the fith one is looking like this too, in that you see so little about them

I think they go in depth enough with most of the Palace rulers in P5, but I’m telling you the Monarchs in Strikers are so forgettable. The jail I’m in right now has been the most interesting so far, and seems to have the most depth, although I’m 30hrs in. P5 took a minute to pick up, but it wasn’t 30hrs where you finally meet an interesting character lol

No doubt persona five is great but god damnit man, there's to much talking!!!
