It never fails to amaze me that most games, movies, and applications, that were developed by companies as a means of exchanging goods/services for currency, are readily made available online for FREE, for the savvy and curious
It's just so GREAT man
Game modding is equally as crazy
The fact that the community can go into files and manipulate/enhance the work of the company...
If you're smart and determined enough, you can do pretty much anything...
For books it's truly elite. I am simply too poor to buy all the books I want and the library does not always have what I want, and often I would have to wait weeks or even months for it to become available thru the library.
So every couple weeks I'll go peruse B&N and just take photos of all the books I'd like to read and then I go home, download them from libgen, and then email them to my used kindle that I got for 40 bucks. Sometimes when I really like a book/author i'll buy a paper copy.
Chatgpt also rly good at recommending books btw.
literally theft
