Yeah same, never used them during a course. Only when preparing for exams to get mock questions or some s*** I didn’t understand from the slides. Sometimes I had open book exams and I printed out the whole pdf instead of buying the book cus printing it was only a couple bucks instead of 50 to a 100.

In my grad program there's 2 books they make us pay a subscription fee for every quarter and both books are extremely required

I think it's 180 a quarter, so 720 a year or 1440 if you take 2 full years for it

You don't even get access all the time for them. Sometimes you need to wait some weeks
