TraewayTrueToATL11I work at a pizza place (wont say which) but almost every day this one customer or her husband calls in and claims something was wrong with their pizza. Its our policy to say ok no matter what but it has gotten out of hand with something like 7 free pizzas in a row. This time they said they are vegan but they only ordered a pepperoni pizza and they still ate it and they said it took them to the hospital lol.
what would yall do in this scenario
Don't y'all have order numbers or anything like that? Like just ask what their last order was and what the number is

They are banned for life but they keep ordering thru new routes, call center, new name, doordash, etc. They places two complaints online just last night.
