Theres no shot they ever get another pizza out of us. Now they just want a refund for their last order but were not gonna comply with terrorists.

They placed their order thru the call center after I told them they were banned so they were not under our customer service umbrella for that last order

We didnt win cause they keep calling every single day and putting complaints online which effects my bonus. They call every day trying to find a new person that will fall for it but everyone knows their name now
