Everybody journey different honestly, but a personal tip that work well for me is: take biotin, fenugreek and collagen supplements and make a mix of black castor oil, rosemary oil, and clove oil with hot water and boil it til it’s mixed. Spray your hair with that everyday and get a scalp massager. Keeps my hair strong which is the main thing you need to worry about

I think one bleach is okay but after you started doing it multiple times over and over your hair is f***ed tbh it’s just a matter of when.
