braids sound like more work tbh. only appeal to me is that you can take them down at will and let all your s*** hang out as opposed to having to comb locs out or cut them

Probably from all that bleaching, dyeing, and more than frequent retwisting/styling. Gotta give them joints time to breathe and do their own thing. Cut back on fades being the go-to haircut too, a shape up is all you need.

yeah his is most likely cause of the dying and tight styles he stay with. back in the day he used to keep his s*** down and didn’t retwist too often. his early locs was goat though no lie

he seems far too committed to this current vamp/punk rock bit that makes me doubt he'd ever shed it for a more refined/mainstream image.

if you do it, just find alternatives (henna dye mixed with something acidic like lemon juisce for example) that don't contain as many harmful chemicals.

also Carti just don't really strike me as someone that's cognizant of moisturizing his s***s consistently. You NEED to be doing that when you color your hair.

Yeah I think ima cut or "try" to comb out my locs soon and just grow my hair out. Mines are down to my chest and im starting to get tired of constantly having to put my hair into a ponytail, especially at work cause I don't like hair all in my face.

But at the same time I don't wanna go back just rocking a fade even if it's for a lil while. I rocked the fade most of my life I don't wanna go back to that style. It seems too "regular"
