Bro he’s still underneath the bed. I keep lifting up the mattress to see if he’s okay and he’s up just staring at me when I lift the mattress. I talked to 6 people and they all said when I go to sleep he finna take over the crib. I just hope he uses the litter box and eats. I’m in bed rn with all the lights off and hopefully he moves from his spot and goes to explore

If you haven't yet you should put your hand out and keep it still so he can come over and smell you, it may take a while before he'll let you pet him but trust me dude eventually he'll get used to it, this whole thing happens with every cat, btw he's getting food and water every day right?

If mandem still under the bed tomorrow don't lift the mattress up. Prolly spooking him. Just let the dude vibe and realize your place a safe space

Yo bro shawty hopped out from underneath the bed literally the minute I laid down last night and turned all the Lights off in the morning he was hiding in a different spot and he drank water and used the liter box really well however he ain’t eat none of the wet food is this normal my co-worker and friends said it’s normal and if he don’t eat by tomorrow call the counselor or put some dry food

Ye just give the man options for food and try not to stress about it. He'll eat when he's hungry. The fact that he was out, checking the place out, and had water is a good sign.

some cats take time adjusting to their new environment! I had one cat that stayed under my bed and hid from my family or anyone that came in my room for 2-3 weeks. he slowly came out from the bed and would let me get up and walk around and eventually pet/pick him up! had another cat after that one that did the same thing for 3-4 weeks and now they walk around the house and wreak havoc like every other cat. my advice is to not put your arm under the bed, lift the mattress or bother him while he’s under there. put some food and water by the edge of the bed and let him come out when he’s comfortable :-)

Put a treat where he can see it and he'll come out in no time

The bowl of wet food is half empty so he ate! He went from hiding all the way in the back corner of the bed to the front of the bed now he slowly but surely adjusting to his new kingdom

Every cat has different personality some will sleep like 20hours a day and always hide

My man don’t realize the cat doing all those bowel movements inside of his home smh. Cats are ok but dogs are really where it’s at as far as companionship goes
