this is the first time since b2w2 that i’ve actually felt motivated to complete the pokedex
Ah, I figured that might be the case. This game is way too easy. I essentially one shot everything but Snorlax in the first two tournament battles.
They need to make a hard mode.
Pokemon ain’t supposed to be hard
Might try to go to VGC tournaments for sword and shield
I competed a bit when sun/moon released and during oras
But this time I can’t hack my Pokémon in
Pokemon ain’t supposed to be hard
It’s also not supposed to be so easy that you’re never challenged
Pokemon ain’t supposed to be hard
Pokémon has always been easy
And then there is Pokémon Shield, probably the easiest game I’ve ever played in my life.
It’s like taking something super easy and dumbing if down even further.

Have you played XY or ORAS
By the time I beat the elite four in X my Pokémon were in the 80s or 70s
When I beat the delta episode on omega ruby I had two level 100s on my team
Not that far in shield yet but it’s prob not that super easy compared to XY oras
If you want a challenge just do a nuzlocke run with certain rules or play competitive Pokémon

X/Y was easy
SwSh is SUPER easy
This game is way easier than X/Y ever was. X/Y my Pokémon were normal level at the elite 4. I replayed Yellow a few years ago and my Pokémon were in the 40s at the elite 4.
My Toxtricity is currently at level 72 and I still haven’t beat the game yet.
This is by far the easiest Pokémon game to date. I haven’t been challenged once in this entire game. It’s not even hard to fill out the dex either, which is something that I found hard in the older games. Or if not hard, not worth my time.
This is the easiest mainline Pokémon game to date.

Go breed and battle then
What is normal level for XY tho
I don’t know if Hop is programmed to have a different team depending on what Pokémon you pick but he has like 3 Pokémon weak against fire in his final team. Cinderace is broken right now.
Pokemon always broken when you choose a fire starter
If they had all the pokemon in this game and like a battle frontier type deal I couldnt complain.
Yeah I have to have eggs for hawlaucha
Is it possible you have a shiny charmander
Just copped Shield and am starting with Sobble.. If someone can hook a brotha up with a Scorbunny I will try and pay you back some how lol

You just reminded me that this line is 3 of the Pokémon I still need for my dex

Great indie titles if you haven’t played them on other consoles:
-Bastion
-Brawlhalla
-Transistor

A lot of these are multiples so I understand if you played them on other consoles. If you owned a WiiU could make this list even smaller.
Thanks for the extensive list man. I did finish Bastion on mac and played Transistor. Didn't see any super good deals for black friday on the Switch so might hold off on buying for a while, but it will happen sometime in 2020.

I'll give one
Whole game was definitely leaned in favour of a fire starter.
Nah the game is weak to whatever starter you pick.

that's what I thought originally, but I've had a few people with the fire starter that said the same thing. curious.
