is shiny hunting more casual? Honestly as the gens go on I've seen myself playing pokemon less and less. Thought this pokemon would expand upon things in a different way, and I think the dynamax idea was stupid asf, why would you just toss away mega evolution? Not even change it up and make that gameplay element better. Crazy they went this route.

home makes it easy af you just transfer over and boom, without home its standard dex s***, both DLCs have their own separate dex list, all Pokémon are in the wild with some version exclusives ofc, and legendaries besides main story ones don't count for tundra dex completion.

breeding is pretty much the easiest its been and thanks to the ability capsule & patch if your bred mon doesn't have the ability you wanted you can change it. I think both these items are only available in the dlc areas, not to sure tho

idk if you could say shiny hunting is more casual but the dynamax adventures mode in tundra dlc has a 1/300 of a caught mon being a shiny, best odds in the series

Okay so late night link trades are... interesting. Got what I’m 99% sure is cloned shiny event rayquaza, palkia, and dialga, with a normal event ho oh all with ot’s/movesets/ribbons/ blah blah blah. Gave up a cloned shiny dracovish, cloned shiny mr rime, a spare Zazamenta, and a shiny dracozolt I caught today.

That’s rare though 90% of link trades are people trying to show how many shinies they have which is f***ing annoying. I have more event Pokémon than almost all of them and they think I give a f***
