Not gon lie, I think this game made me realize I just don’t care for Pokémon that much any more. GF did a decent job with the gameplay but im not really having that much fun. This is boring me

Think I'm getting fairly close to the end of the game, so I've proccessed how I feel about the game...
& I got to say, this is not only one of, if not my favorite Pokemon game ever, but possibly one of my favorite games OAT.
I've loved Pokemon since I was a 5 year old kid playing Yellow on my old GameBoy, and this really brings that sense of grand adventure and exploring like the first games.
Of course PLA could be improved, gameplay-wise by adding more trainer battles/gyms/E4/whatever, graphics-wise in almost every aspect, but the core gameplay loop is so fun that I've been super-hooked for the past 10 days. The music is charming and the locations like Cobalt Coastlands, etc. are gorgeous, even with the dated visuals. The visual style and some locations remind me of BOTW and Wind Waker, some of my fav games ever, so this might be why I subjectively love them, and I'm aware of that.
But I just love this game, and at 29 y.o., it makes me feel like a little kid exploring brand new worlds again, and that's what gaming should be about, to me.
Kudos to gamefreak, let's hope they finally move this franchise in the direction it really deserves.

Took me 100 hours to 99% Pokémon Legends Arceus. Got all Pokémon but one which you can’t get unless you have a BDSP save file which is BS, beat all sidequests except one which you can’t get unless you have a BDSP save file. Got all Pokémon I caught but 2 of them to level 10. Beat the story + post-game story and all that jazz.

Amazing game, one of the best games ever and the best Pokémon game ever. Need more games like this.
