Technically it did. Just wasn't on that leak drawing some did. The original 4chan post said Hoopa, Raichu, Zeroroa were cut but apparently they might just be DLC.

$30 dlc at launch is kinda insane, I think I’ll hold off and maybe get it on sale eventually if it’s got a lot of depth and content

Kalos starters are locked behind Nintendo Online. You cannot get them by any other means.

Also if you use Pokemon Home DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR POKEMON TO Z-A. You will not be able to use them on older games ever again. This is so dumb
