That’s a big difference compared to can’t transfer to home from ZA. Can’t transfer to home makes little sense. Could we transfer from arceus to home?

Nope, Lew posted a screenshot straight from Pokemon Z-A website. It says that once a pokemon has transferred to Z-A it can no longer go back to older games, Pokemon Home will flag it. I assume it has to do with abilities.

You already cannot trade SWSH/SV with Z-A only transfer from Home. Arceus was technically still Gen 8 and was linked to BDSP/SWSH but you also couldn't trade between games only transfer non-hisuian Pokemon back and forth.

There's no actual new Pokemon. Megas are the "new" Pokemon.

What's crazy about Z-A is once Gen 10 hit megas won't even be available anymore in mainline games. Just like the erased Ash-Greninja from existence.
