Just use a DS to import your 3rd gen Pokémon to gen 4 and then use 2 DS to trade it to Black/White
Then you can just use Pokemover on 3DS to move them to Pokémon bank. Then boot up your switch and transfer them from bank to home worked for me except for my pomeg berry glitch mew
