so how long has it taken yall to finish the game?

I’m pissed, I ran into a Machamp that was level 26 but my highest Pokémon was level 24 so I couldn’t catch it. The annoying part is I have EXP candies to make my Drizzile level 26. Ughhh, I think there should be a “within certain levels” limit to catching instead of hard cap “you are lower level, you can’t catch it”

Unless I’m off base on how this works?
