Ehh not really. Cinderace really only gets kicking fighting type moves and moves related to soccer(Reversal and counter). It doesn't really get anything outside of that.

No it doesn't. Cinderace looks like a typical soccer player. It has a sleeveless jersey and soccer shorts on. We was even making fun of it because it has the most basic design out of all of the starters. It looks like a college soccer player.
