No only thing you get an advantage on is items and you can level them up just takes a lot longer if you don’t buy the upgrades most people aren’t doing that cause you can just play and get them

Nah like you can buy upgrades for items and max them that'll give you stat bonuses. So say two evenly skilled players are in a 1v1 mirror matchup situation, the person with the upgraded items should win every time

You can upgrade your stuff but it'll take longer doing it free compared to someone that may just buy enough to max upgrade. That could be countered with being a better player or having a good team obviously, but it is kinda lame from a even playing field pov

A good team will beat out items tho any day in this
