Maybe. I honestly honestly believe it's mostly about genetics and not the food.
There's a hilarious video a Brazilian youtuber made where he goes on a journey trying to find out how to poop clean, worth a watch imo(with the subtitles on of course).

even crazier was finding out some guys wipe sitting down. still dont konw how thats even possiible

take a baby wipe and put lotion on it after you wipe clean and your a****** won’t stink until u take another s*** even if you get a bit sweaty

That's actually the best way to do it because when you sit down your cheeks are spread so you can get some angles that you normally can't when standing up
