I'd say that I strongly disagree with the narrative that Birds in the Trap is bad, and that Drake hasn't made any worthwhile albums after 2015.

I don't see this on here, but I disagree with how many people view Kenny Beat's 2018 run. I think a lot of the actual music was meh, and id rather many of the rappers involved work with other producers. I did like 777 and some of his work with Rico tho.

he opened the i don't like remix, made the best diss tracks like exodus, infrared and story of adidon, got Kanye back to beat making for the first time since Otis and had Daytona, an album with HHNF highs.

There's other great songs too like Pain with Future, Numbers on the Board and Nosetalgia with Kendrick.

D*** Dealers Anonymous with Jay might be a top 10 2010s hov track too tbh.

He's not trying to be the biggest pop rapper like Drake, they've got different goals. Push hasn't compromised and still got to work with every legend in hip hop, except Drake who still praised him in the 2000s anyway.

He might not have the metrics you care about, but when it comes to what counts and the quality Push has done it all. That's why he's more relevant than so many who outsold Clipse in the 2000s. Sales aren't everything.
